Where are the products shipped from?
All products are shipped from our studio in Mumbai.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation to receive your order. We strive to dispatch all orders within 1–2 days of confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. However, we are working towards launching international shipping soon.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free for all orders across India.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Some of our products are custom-made and others are high-value items, so it may not be possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been prepared or dispatched.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible at support@dsynkgear.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Be sure to include your order number and any relevant information in your email.
