I have received a faulty/incorrect/defective item. What should I do?
At Dsynk Gear, we thoroughly inspect all orders before dispatching. However, in rare cases, if you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
Email us at support@dsynkgear.com with the following details:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos and a short video of the product received
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement for the faulty product promptly.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, we understand preferences can vary. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if the product is right for you.
To request a return, email us at support@dsynkgear.com within 7 days with the reason for your return.
To complete your return, please ensure:
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
You provide tracking details of the return shipment within the same 7-day period
Note:
Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Tracking is mandatory to process your return
We are not liable for goods lost or damaged in return transit
I ordered the wrong phone case or AirPods model. What can I do?
Please double-check your device model before placing an order. Since many of our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered for the wrong model.
How to Return
Email us at support@dsynkgear.com with your order number and reason for return
We will share the return address with you
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging
Clearly write your order number on the outside of the package
Ship the package using a traceable courier
Email the tracking details to us after dispatch
Once we receive and verify the return, we will process your refund accordingly.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via IMPS, GPay, Paytm, or PhonePe
